The Workshop Tinkerer is one of two NPC Traders that spawns in the Iceika Dimension at night. Workshop Tinkerers spawn in naturally generating houses that spawn all over the Iceika Dimension. They have 1000 Health (500 hearts), and will not be provoked if attacked. He can "tinker" your weapons into more powerful variants if you trade snowflakes with him.
