The Call of the Watcher can be used to summon The Watcher by right-clicking it anywhere in The Nether.
To craft the Call of the Watcher the player will need 1 Hellstone Ingot, 3 Molten Stones, and 1 Watching Eye. This means that the player must have been to both The Nether and The End before fighting The Watcher.
