The Watcher

The watcher is second boss in the mod. Player will fight him before entering eden dimension. He is giant entity with one enormous eye, the player can call him using call of the watcher but he only can be spawned in the nether. Watcher fights with ranged,explosive-based attacks he shoots out ghast ball-like object, which explodes on ipact with player or ground, these projectiles will also set player on fire. Unlike ghast-balls these projectiles do more damage and have bigger explosion. On death he drops divine shards,netherite ingots, bluefire stones and statue of the watcher.

Combat

The watcher can be killed using several methods of combat in order to obtain his drops.

Method 1 (Melee)

You will need very strong armor and a sword with infinite uses in order to defeat the watcher in close range. Bring some though blocks (just like obsidian),find a clear area and build enclosed area so he cant get out from it.When you are done spawn the watcher and attack him with rapid melee strikes untill he dies.

It is recommended to enchant your armor with blast protection and fire protection in order to kill him more easly.

Method 2 (Ranged)

Bring a ranged weapon with you and spawn the watcher in open area and attack it with your weapon. It is easier than melee method because you can dodge the attacks with lot more ease,but it will take longer time to kill him due lower damage from ranged weapons and his flying ability.
